Where are my products shipped from?
To ensure prompt delivery, we fulfil orders directly from our dedicated logistics centres strategically located to serve our primary markets.
European Orders: Dispatched from our facility at Am Pattberg 23, 47445 Moers, Germany.
United States Orders: Dispatched from our facility at 9500 Santa Fe Springs Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.
How long does delivery take?
We utilise priority services from DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Under standard operating conditions, Order processing time: 1-2 calendar days, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 calendar days from the date of dispatch.
Throughout the fulfilment process, you will receive automated email notifications at key stages: upon order confirmation, when the parcel reaches the logistics hub, and upon arrival in your local area for final delivery.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
While we strive for punctuality, external factors such as adverse weather or high-volume periods may occasionally impact transit times. We request that customers allow a maximum buffer period extending to 14 calendar days for delivery in such instances.
What constitutes a lost package?
If you have not received your package after 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Once the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
In compliance with European and US consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason (Right of Withdrawal).
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at drop@lesswatermore.com. Please note that for voluntary returns (where the item is not defective), the product must be in its original, unused condition.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We ensure strict quality control before dispatch; however, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.
If you encounter any damage or defect in the product, please contact us and provide photographic evidence. We will provide a refund or exchange according to your wishes, and will process your request within 3-5 business days after verifying the evidence.
