This centralized inventory management system ensures that products marked “In Stock” on the website are actually in stock in their respective regional warehouses, guaranteeing immediate delivery.

We partner with reputable international logistics companies for shipping, primarily using priority services from DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The specific carrier chosen depends on the destination and the most efficient route available at the time of shipment.
Our standard operating procedures aim to adhere to the following timelines: Order processing time: 1-2 calendar days.
Estimated transit time: 5 to 7 calendar days(Standard Shipping).
Please note that “transit time” refers to the time between the package leaving our warehouse and its arrival at the delivery address.
Delivery Delays and Unexpected Circumstances
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, external factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, logistical disruptions, or seasonal peaks) can sometimes impact transit times.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 calendar days, but in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 14 calendar days. If the package has not been received after 14 calendar days, we will investigate, and if it is confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund or reissue the item.
