To ensure expeditious delivery, we fulfill orders from the inventory facility closest to the customer’s shipping address. Our distribution facilities operates from the following locations:

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We engage reputable international logistics partners to handle our transportation, primarily utilizing Priority services from DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The selection of the specific carrier for your order depends on the destination and the most efficient route available at the time of dispatch.
Transit Times and Delivery Estimates
Our standard operating procedures aim to adhere to the following timelines:
Order processing time: 1-2 calendar days.
Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 7 calendar days.
Please note that “Transit Time” refers to the period between the parcel leaving our facility and arriving at the delivery address.
Delivery Delays and Contingencies
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery windows, external factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or high seasonal volume—may occasionally impact transit times.
While delivery is expected in 5 to 7 calendar days, please allow up to 14 calendar days for shipping in extreme cases. If delivery is not received within 14 calendar days, we will open an investigation and provide a full refund if the package is confirmed lost..
Order Tracking and Notifications
We maintain transparency throughout the logistics process. Upon the creation of your shipping label, our system will send automated notifications to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive updates at the following key stages:
Dispatch: When the parcel leaves our facility.
In Transit: When the parcel reaches a major logistics hub.
Out for Delivery: When the parcel is with the local courier for final delivery.

Duties and Taxes
United States: Orders shipped to US addresses from our California facility are domestic shipments and are generally not subject to import duties.
European Union: Orders shipped to EU addresses from our German facility are intra-community shipments and are generally not subject to additional customs duties for the receiver.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship exclusively to verified addresses within the United States and the European Union. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) to ensure the security and trackability of our parcels via our courier partners.
