SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
Logistics and Timelines
Orders are fulfilled from our dedicated distribution centres located in Santa Fe Springs, California (USA) and Moers (Germany). We utilise priority services via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Order processing time: 1-2 calendar days.

Standard Delivery: The estimated delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 calendar days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking: Upon dispatch, arrival at logistics hubs, and out-for-delivery events, automated notifications containing tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delays and Force Majeure
While delivery is expected in5-7 calendar days, please allow up to 14 calendar days for shipping in extreme cases. If delivery is not received within 14 days, we will provide a full refund.

Risk of Loss and Title
In strict adherence to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable US regulations:
The risk of loss or damage to the goods, as well as the title to the goods, passes to you (the consumer) only when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. We retain responsibility for the goods while they are in transit.

If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit after our investigation, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement unit at no additional cost to you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (EU & US Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email sent to drop@lesswatermore.com).

Damaged or Defective Items
We acknowledge that goods may occasionally arrive with manufacturing defects or transit damage.

In some cases, to expedite resolution, we may not require the return of the defective item. However, we reserve the right to request a return before processing a refund or replacement.

Resolution: Simply email drop@lesswatermore.com within the 14 calendar days period with clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will process a full refund or dispatch a replacement immediately, at your preference.
