Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed directly from our managed inventory. Upon payment verification, your order is routed to the distribution centre nearest to your delivery address:
United States Orders: Dispatched from our facility in Santa Fe Springs, California.
European Orders: Dispatched from our facility in Moers, Germany.

Delays & Force Majeure

General Overview
Our refund and return policies are drafted to comply with the consumer protection laws of the European Union (EU Directive on Consumer Rights) and United States regulations. We aim to make the resolution process straightforward and fair.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a customer in the European Union or the United States, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods without giving any reason.
Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will reimburse all payments received from you. The refund will be processed using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (No Return Required)
We ensure all products are inspected before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a streamlined resolution process:

Evidence: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage along with your order number.We will review your evidence within 24-48 hours and provide a resolution.
Resolution: Upon verification of the damage via email, you are NOT required to return the damaged item. We will offer you the choice of:
A full refund to your original payment method or A replacement unit sent via priority shipping at no extra cost.

Please do not return items to the sender address on the package without prior authorisation. Returns must be directed to the specific warehouse handling your region to ensure proper processing:

Late or Missing Refunds
